I strongly do NOT recommend FATbit.This has been one of the most unprofessional and frustrating software experiences we have ever had. The entire engagement felt disorganized, poorly managed, and completely disconnected from real business realities.They repeatedly hid behind their so called “legal department” instead of addressing basic contractual contradictions directly. The contract itself contained inconsistencies and confusing clauses that created more problems than solutions.Many promises made during the sales process did not translate into actual execution. What was presented upfront sounded polished and convincing, but the delivery did not match the expectations that were set.There appears to be a serious lack of real business experience and practical decision making. Even simple operational matters became unnecessarily complicated and dragged out.Do not work with them at all.
