I strongly advise everyone against purchasing any property from these fraudsters. Initially, they make grand promises and seem very polite, but once they receive your deposit, their behavior changes completely. Do not expect to get your deposit back under any circumstances. Worse pre-sale team ever. Got an experience with them at Havenridge complex in Maple Ridge.They advertised re-assignment as selling feature and it turns out they are not allowing to do that. Basically they are lying to realtors and buyers to sell as much as possible.Plus no firm completion dates, keep promising some virtual completion dates in email? Who does that? No contract addendums, no developers signatures for completion dates. How we are supposed arrange lawyers to complete transaction? They are not available as walk in.
