I instructed Karim Oualnan at Spencer West to help recover a substantial unpaid debt. From the outset he was clear, pragmatic and quick to grasp the commercial realities of the situation, not just the legal position. He set out the options honestly, including the cost and risk of each route, and never pushed me towards more expensive steps than were necessary. The correspondence he drafted was precise and forceful. Communication throughout has been prompt and straightforward, and his fees have been transparent and proportionate. I would recommend him without hesitation. "
