HQ LLC Team Bios
Matt co-founded HQ with Zarin Ficklin in 2012 while they were students at Weber State University, and has led the company as it grew into a 25-person software design, development and AI studio in Ogden, Utah.
Zarin co-founded HQ in 2012 after freelancing as a web designer while studying at Weber State University, and today leads HQ's design team across product, web and brand work.
Paxton leads HQ's development team, overseeing the engineering behind the web apps, mobile apps and AI tools HQ builds for clients.
