I had to get the keyboard replaced on my Zephyrus G14. They got it replaced after four days of delay. They told me the part was available and that they would have it done by the evening on the Thursday. I had to call them again on Sunday to remind them of my device. They then told me that I would only get it on the next day. When I did get it, they had forgotten to put in one of my RAM sticks, so my device only had 8 gigs instead of the 16 gigs it was supposed to have (which cause performance issues and no small headache on my end, trying to uninstall and reinstall my programs to figure out what was going on). To their credit, they did call me the next day and said that one of my RAM sticks was found lying around their workshop. I had to go there on my own expense to get it put into my laptop again. Horrible experience overall "

Poor laptop servicing. Tightly screwed some of the parts. Didn't blow the air vents & fans. Had to request. I feel unsure, that they even applied thermal paste to my G14. "

I'm really proud to find a reliable professionals in Nepal, i always straggled to find good service in Nepal. I have an issue with my Asus laptop and the technician fixed so fast. He didn't even charge me anything for his service i was really surprised about this. I recommend this company for all sorts of repair needs for laptop or desktop computers. "
