I joined as a fresher and was fortunate to be guided by experienced mentors who provided hands-on training from day one. I got the opportunity to work on major projects and even go onsite early in my journey, which really boosted my confidence. The work environment encourages both professional and personal growth, with something new to learn every day. That said, the environment can get a bit hectic during peak phases, and expectations are high, which can take some time to adjust to. However, once you settle in, it pushes you to level up and grow rapidly.
