The agency executed the project to a very high standard in terms of graphics and consistency. Technically, however, that's a different story. I fixed some buttons myself, and others still didn't work, even though the URLs they were supposed to redirect to were set. I had to send screenshots and point out what was often wrong. From a time perspective, I have nothing to complain about. The website was supposed to be SEO-optimized, and I indicated from the outset that this was extremely important to me, but unfortunately, it isn't. Google Page Speed scores before I installed the Nitro plugin (the only one that doesn't break the site) are unsatisfactory, around 60/100; after installing it, they're 97/100. However, this doesn't really solve the problem; it only covers it up. Furthermore, the base Woodmart template used to create the website loads quite slowly. I verified this with the server provider because I didn't understand why there was lag on an NVME SSD server when there are practically no plugins. To sum up, in terms of UX, a graphic designer is a hell of a job, technically unfortunately not. "
