The client account manager Bibin immediately answered every question I had regarding the NDA and their services. He followed up with me, and they gave me a thorough breakdown of the services and how they’d help us.I met with the project manager Jinson, and the senior business coordinator Metcy to discuss the App idea, and the only document I provided was the logo. The is when Jison and Metcy, along with some other team members working in the background, worked their magic to help bring our mobile application for iOS and Android to life.Jinson was very patient and understanding. If we had to reschedule a meeting, he would be pleasant and worked with and around our schedule. He was also great at keeping us updated on the project’s progress; it was a pleasure to work with him. Additionally, Metcy played a massive part in building the App. She gave us suggestions and let us know what would work or would not work. She explained a function or feature in detail and was very patient whenever I wanted to add function or make a change to a feature.
