I ordered various outfits from here for a wedding, all came in excellent packaging, good quality and fast delivery.I then returned 2 of the items, I was anxious about the refunds due to reviews I have seen online however I can confirm I did receive both refunds within the 14days, and communication was via WhatsApp.Would order again if needed thank you "

I wasn't expecting my order to arrive so quickly—it was delivered the very next day! The outfit looked exactly like the pictures on the website, and the colors were even more beautiful in person. I requested to cancel and refund the order before it was dispatched. They acknowledged and said they would action this but Still waiting for refund and ignoring my messages despite showing 'read' on WhatsApp. NOTE: I have given 3 as i have previously had a good experience with quality of clothes and reliable delivery. But this particular experience has been quite frustrating as it is clear my messages have been seen and ignored. It's been almost a month. "

I recently ordered from here and didn’t have the best experience. The outfit I brought was beautiful but when delivered I had been send the wrong size. I loved the outfit so didn’t want a refund but wanted the correct size sent out. From this point communication with the team here was very poor - I had sent emails that went unanswered, and messaged via their WhatsApp. Responses weren’t very quick - sometimes days in between. I completely understand they had shut to celebrate Eid but there was no effort on their part to communicate even when they reopened.My messages were still being ignored so I ended up ringing them and resolving the return over the phone. I was told Monday afternoon the correct outfit size would be posted Tuesday morning - they didn’t post it until Friday morning which now means the outfit will not be delivered in time for the event I needed it for.I have purchased items here before and was very happy with the experience so I am extremely disappointed with this experience - especially as I had ordered the outfit with more than enough time before the event but the wrong size had been sent.Very disappointed hopefully communication going forward will be better "

I ordered an outfit 25/04/2026. I got a call from them on 11/05/2026 to say my order shipment hasn’t arrived so I won’t get that dress. I requested a refund and the reply to that was ‘please have a look at our website and find a replacement we can send out in time for Eid. Don’t worry about the price’. I requested a refund again as I was concerned about timing and she told me she can guarantee my order to arrive before Eid. So on the day I spoke to her (12/05/2026) I gave her an alternative dress that I would like. Please note I didn’t have many options with the price I originally paid as they either didn’t have any sizes available or I didn’t like the style. I chose a dress and 4 days later (16/05/2026) she replies to me to say I have to pay the difference in order for her to send it out. I’ve reiterated the phone conversation to her and she’s now disputing it saying how can anyone give a higher priced dress for what I paid. I told her I wanted a refund to begin with but she was the one that wasted my time and told me to choose something else and now going back on her word. She goes I was the one who didn’t understand and when I said that I think it’s rude of her to say my understanding is wrong when he English isn’t great so it could’ve been she didn’t verbally say what she wanted to correctly and therefore the misunderstanding occurred. Her reply to me was ‘’Your English is really good pls tell me the meaning of we will sort it out was’’ I think she was being sarcastic and rude and very unprofessional. I’ve never had any issues with this brand before but this encounter has made me not want to use them again. Very unreliable and rude. "
