The client is a public sector agency in Illinois state. They were required to create and handle the tickets, allotting time for individuals to appear for their hearing in court and others, which was all done manually. Each time the ticket was created, the judge needed to sign it individually which was very time-consuming. This gave rise to the enormous amount of data, so handling it was quintessential. Many other processes required digitization as well. This increased the time to resolve a ticket.  

Our custom solution helped the agency overcome these problems    

The system has predefined data and is used for the courts located at multiple locations to manage the warrants/tickets generated which need the approval of various authorities for a task to be accomplished/issued.    

It replaces the manual process with the e-process. It provides all the information related to a task in one place.    

As a Result 

Lesser time consumed. It became easy to check the number of sessions in the court that the judge has to deal with.  Each defendant/officer has the date/time for going to court for their case. As the process is digitalized, management of the data becomes easy.   

Video Conferencing is available for remote sessions.  High security and compliance of the data. Approval from the superiors became easy. Because of the E-signature, one does not need to print the ticket and sign each time
