I don't have staff to help with the company website, but Tim provides prompt, clear and helpful support for our website - he created it, updates it and recently migrated it to a new host, none of which I could have done without stress and inefficiency. The best way that I can describe my experience with Tim is that I presented him with a hut on stilts and he built a castle. He cleaned out hundreds of bugs from our website to make it workable (after our previous developers had really messed things up) and we have now commissioned him to do a full rebuild.
