I recently attended a walk-in interview at this company on October 14, 2023. My experience was not great. While I cannot comment on the work environment within the company, I noticed some areas where the HR team could improve the hiring process.Firstly, it would be helpful if the company could specify the preferred graduation year in their job postings. This would help applicants know if they are eligible or not. During the interview day, there were many candidates, but the process felt disorganized. Candidates were assigned for tests randomly without clear guidance.Improvements can be made in the hiring process. For example, the company could collect resumes in advance and schedule specific time slots for each candidate. Alternatively, a better-organized queuing system could be implemented to guide candidates smoothly through the process.Additionally, the actual interview questions did not match the positions advertised (React, Node, Python, and Flutter). Questions on aptitude and C programming were asked, which felt unrelated. Tailoring the questions to the advertised positions would enhance the candidate experience.In summary, streamlining the hiring process and aligning interview questions with advertised positions would significantly improve the overall experience for candidates. "
