The first important decision I made ten years ago when I arrived at the Petersen museum was to hire Kahn Media...still remains one of the best decisions I've made here. There's no media agency in America (maybe the world) better equipped to deliver quality messaging and news. Kahn's automotive media credentials are unrivaled...no one touches them. No one works harder or is more hands on in helping shape the proper messaging for every occasion. Everything looked great on paper but Claire did very little for my business and only fulfilled about 30% of the plan set up in our contract. Everytime I asked her if she had done the task we had set up, there was either a delay or she didn't do it at all and found excuses. I was very disappointed by her lack of professionalisme eventhough she charged me 3k/month. She did a lot of damage for my business and I would not recommend her.
