Our ecommerce business has now worked with LaunchPad Lab on two major website redesign projects. The first one allowed us to completely rebuild our site from scratch. They built us our own unique ecommerce management system that gives us greater flexibility than the popular "out of the box" platforms. For most companies our size, these pre-built systems are the only thing available. Would avoid at all costs. We spent $200K to develop a software that after one year there own team could not upgrade to work with Salesforce. If you disagree with them they will turn you over to collections without hesitation and no basis. The CEO Scott will then brag that he is an attorney and there is nothing you can do about it. Think twice, there are lots of software companies out there.
