After MANY years of working with Mad Genius, with nothing but the most satisfactory results, I am disappointed that they have succumbed to the "Artificial Intelligence" craze, and have a machine that "answers" the phone. It's "cute", but it's also a poor excuse for someone with a heartbeat.I'm pretty sure they still offer excellent services, but how will I know? One can never know if the call that gets dropped is one that will "make their day"...! "Human Intelligence" is still preferred by most folks I know..!!
