Absolute crap company, I'm currently filing a lawsuit against them for defamation because they like to tamper with things on the website and are resentful little children. They give you attitude when you asked for what you purchased. Struggle to get my domain and are deleting reviews after I got it. "

RUN AWAY from this company! Supposedly located in California. They sold me a package to design the branding, website, and social media for my company for $1500.00. "EVERYTHING" for $1500.00. Have paid over $6000.00 and I have NO control over the material I paid for. They send you everything in formats you cannot use or convert. They want to keep a hold of you to keep asking for money!!!!!! NEVER send anything to print through them!!! Ordered some business cards and brochures and have never received the brochures. To this day I have not received a single invoice or receipt of anything of what I have paid, including the design of the logo, the purchase of the domain and many other things. DO NOT RECOMMEND. "

I believe this company is a criminal enterprise. They are also known as Creative Company and Sketch Profs. Creative Company made a $2,500 unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. When I protested the transaction, Uptown Logo Design provided a fake receipt, fake transaction and activity logs and fake emails supporting the charge to my account. It was an elaborate and thorough fraud. I'm sure they've used similar fabricated documents before with other people they've ripped off. I reported them to the FTC and FBI. "

I purchased a resume from this company in 2019 -- in 2021 they charged my credit card an additional $1800. I've attempted to contact their call center/billing department who stated they do not see this transaction.After dealing with my bank, they provided a false email stating that I approved this transaction.This company and their subsidiaries are not to be trusted and are an absolute scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. "

DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL LIE AND TRICK YOUThis company will lie and deceive you to get your money. They are happy to tell you that your product will have 100% satisfaction guarantee, but what they don'e tell you is that as soon as you start your process of revision, you can't get a refund no matter how dissatisfied you are.They won't tell you about the $3.75 foreign transaction charge and they won't tell you that you only have the first impression to make your decision whether or not you want to work with their company.They will charge your payment first and do what ever it takes to lock that money down. Even if that means rushing a revision without telling you that starting this process will invalidate your return policies.If you want to work with this company, you better be sure you can understand them, and it's quite difficult given their accents, and that you already have a basic idea of a logo in mind.
