We were hesitant to sign up with Complete Small Business Solutions because it would be first true business commitment. However, we are so glad we did! Everyone is genuinely happy & nice to see/hear from us and always happy to help. We mostly talk with Joe, and chat with him at least once a week. He has helped our small business grow in so many different ways. He always has our best interest in mind. He has offered referrals to help get us connected with things we were searching for. He doesn't just help with our books!! He's always so patient guiding me through QuickBooks and never gets frustrated when we make mistakes. He understands our "end goal" and offers suggestions on how to get there. He is always following up and checking in on us. Joe is such a great asset to CSBS! Every now and then he chimes in giving us a pat on the back because "there's no boss to do it for us". That brightens our day so much. I could go on & on but overall Joe is a pleasure to work with. We fully trust CSBS with their recommendations. Our business has grown so much, never did I ever think we would be where we are today and we feel CSBS has a lot to do with that! You will not regret working with them!
