I've had a really positive experience working here. One thing I appreciate the most is the company culture—people are approachable, supportive, and always willing to help each other. It feels like everyone is treated with respect, no matter their role or experience. The management is understanding and flexible whenever genuine situations come up. They listen to employees, encourage new ideas, and create an environment where you can learn and grow. What stands out to me is that everyone gets an equal opportunity to prove themselves. If you're willing to take ownership and put in the effort, your work is noticed. Overall, it's been a great place for both personal and professional growth.

Poor employee treatment and very little focus on retention. Frequent layoffs create job insecurity, and salary increments are nonexistent despite good performance. Not a great place for long-term career growth.
