Although GLH is the latest project I've worked on with 2002 Studios, I'm a long standing repeat business account for them accross multiple projects and I will continue to work with them down the line.
The team is available in roughly any timezone (I've come to find out), quite responsive and knowledgeable. I've been helped through small fixes or big deliveries with confidence and ease.
Due to the nature of of entertainment, there have been times where feedback improvements needed to be identified and fixed, and without any fuss or extra cost (reasonably) we got the support we needed and timely without any change in attitude towards us, true professionals and customer concious business practices.
