Bang digital services exceeded all my expectations, beyond exceptional attention to care and details. They were fully motivated to reach the goals we have set at the start, and as a result we ended up selling out our ticketed shows, which was promoted there team. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for the right guidance and results in marketing to reach out to Bang Digital.

As someone who works in this industry, I have a fairly high bar for digital agencies, and Bang Digital clears it comfortably. I have seen how they operate up close, and they are genuinely one of the strongest teams I have come across in Perth. What sets them apart is the honesty. They tell you what they actually think, not what they assume you want to hear. If something is not worth doing, they will say so, and that candour saves clients a lot of wasted money. The technical depth backs it up. This is a team that is deeply proficient, properly across the latest tooling, and using AI in a way that is practical rather than gimmicky. The strategy is sharp, the execution is cutting edge, and they price the work fairly for the calibre you get.The other thing worth mentioning is the people. Small, lean team, no bloat, and a genuinely lovely group to work with. Smart, switched on, and easy to deal with. If you want an agency that is technically excellent, strategically clever and refreshingly straight with you, Bang Digital is about as good as it gets.Highly recommended.

Working with Digitxl has been a great experience. They've been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us deliver our digital projects successfully. Their team brings real expertise to the table and consistently follows through on what they commit to. Communication has been clear throughout, and they take the time to understand our needs rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable digital partner.

Working with Digitxl has honestly made things a lot clearer for us at Yasa Properties. Before this, we were looking at different platforms separately and didn’t really have a simple way to understand what was actually working. They helped us track performance across all our marketing channels and pulled everything into one Looker Studio dashboard. Now we can see our key numbers, including email and social, all in one place without the back and forth. It’s made a big difference in how we look at our marketing and the decisions we make day to day.

My experience with the interview process was mixed.I successfully cleared multiple rounds, including HR, technical/practical assessments, and a final discussion with the HOD. I was also asked to bring all my documents for the final round, which created the expectation that the process was nearing completion. The main concern was the interview planning and communication. Multiple candidates appeared to be scheduled around the same time, which resulted in long waiting periods. After my final discussion, I waited for more than an hour while other interviews were still ongoing. Considering that candidates often take leave from their current jobs and invest their time and travel expenses to attend interviews, better scheduling and communication would have been appreciated.I had taken approximately 1.5 days of leave to participate in the process. Despite completing several rounds, I was informed that the company wanted to further evaluate candidates before making a decision. While I eventually received feedback, it was not shared on the same day as indicated, which made the process feel unnecessarily prolonged. To the company's credit, the final feedback was professional and detailed. However, the overall candidate experience could be improved through better time management, clearer communication, and more structured interview scheduling. My advice to future candidates and potential joiners is to thoroughly research the company, read genuine employee reviews, and speak with current or former employees before making a decision. An interview process is often the first impression of an organization's culture and working style.Sharing my experience to help others set expectations and make an informed decision.

I had a disappointing experience with Drashti Mistry from the HR department. She repeatedly asked the same questions without modification, even after I mentioned not understanding her. It felt like she was blaming me for the confusion, as if she didn't understand English herself. Additionally, her communication seemed limited to English, which could be challenging for non-English speakers.I hope the HR team improves their communication skills and professionalism, as this experience left a negative impression of the organization.

There after sales service is shocking. They don’t answer their phones, they charge a ridiculous amount for a daily fee. My website went down so I called them and they said for them to take a look they would need to charge their daily minimum fee $2500 😳. I paid them $25k to design my new website under 2 years ago and this is the service you get for being a customer. Will never recommend them to anyone. My financial adviser got it fixed in 20 minutes. Stay clear they are nice when they quote and set up then sting you for anything they can after.
