I've worked with the Kraken team for many years now. Their deep experience in both the Web Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation/UX space has meant they're very much at the top of their game. When working with them, you're sure to get a very structured breakdown of what's wrong with your site/app, what needs to be done about it, all put down into a roadmap, and they're also great at execution of these improvements. Very few agencies do a great job of consulting AND execution - it's usually one or the other - but the Kraken team certainly do (which is why we continue to work with them!). Couldn't recommend them highly enough - they're a great team.
