Working with ISHIR was an incredible experience. We handed them a real challenge: launch a new website with a total rebrand in a little over a month's time for a major press announcement. Our non-profit volunteer group has many voices which slows the approval process, the ISHIR team was flexible and patient.I feel they truly cared about our cause and worked hard to ensure we succeeded, ultimately delivering the site ahead of schedule. ISHIR is responsive, expert, and felt more like a dedicated partner than a vendor. I can’t recommend them enough!

We had a great initial project with Ameex before they were purchased by Perficient. Post-support was slow, but acceptable, however as time went on, I stopped getting the level of communication and time itemization I was accustomed to. With Perficient taking over, things devolved pretty quickly, and despite multiple conversations with my account manager - nothing changed, even after bumping up hours to have more dedicated resources. Ultimately, I cancelled the contract this year. Disappointing because their team/work was stellar (and the development team is still solid) before, but the simple asks were continually ignored, and over time, I lost trust that I was getting the hours agreed upon.Towards the end, there was also what felt like a lot of gaslighting of my concerns, and outside of an initial project, I cannot recommend Perficient for ongoing support.Edit: I'm now bumping this to a 1 Star because I've spent the last 3 weeks digging into code and it's one questionable decision after another. Really poor.

When we first contacted Adaptive to support us with the initial request to set up Google Analytics correctly within our platform, we had little to no understanding of usage of our platform. I had the opportunity to work with Tyler while working on a Tableau project at Kroger. The BI project we were working on included complex dashboards that created headaches from a performance perspective along with server-related issues.With Tyler's vast knowledge of Tableau, we were able to optimize the performance of the dashboards and reduce any redundancy that existed.
