Regrettably, the project fell short of expectations. While some progress was made, the measurable outcomes were far from satisfactory. The redesigned software had numerous bugs and glitches that made it nearly unusable. Load times were unacceptably slow, and the member portal frequently crashed, leaving our members frustrated. This project did not meet the standards of a professional software development company, the project management was a major source of frustration. They consistently failed to deliver items on time, causing significant delays in the project. Moreover, communication was subpar, with little responsiveness to our needs and concerns.
