Feedback on IT Support - MarkThis morning, I was running behind for our scheduled meeting, and I truly appreciated Mark's patience with my tardiness. Once I communicated that I was delayed but my computer was online, he immediately began his tasks without hesitation.During the session, Mark not only resolved my computer issues quickly and effectively, but he also took a moment to share advice-- reminding me to enjoy these times with my kids because they grow up so fast. That thoughtful reminder meant a lot and showed the personal care he brings to his work.Thank you, Mark for your professionalism, patience, and the excellent support you provided today.Renee T - CFGC

Test your software before taking it to production, do it with what you are developing or with what you are buying.

Love their work! The mobile app they developed for us has the smoothest user interface and is very easy to navigate which is perfect for our business’ target audience.

These people need to be stopped.Be very wary of them being in charge of your backups. They also set up your office in ways that make 0 sense. Instead of just doing a dedicated hdmi cable, they installed a weird cat 5 switch that we've been having issues with. The back of the computer had two hdmi ports. There was absolutely no reason to put in a switch besides charging more to add one. The tv's constantly go out do to their stupidity.I've been on hold for an hour to do a simple remote access connection. This is the 3rd time I've had to do this in the last month. In fact, I'm writing this review because i'm sick of waiting and gonna hang up again now.In the past, I had a team member request for IT Support and it took them 4 days to get remote access back up. We called multiple times and were on hold for 3 hours multiple times. The solution? Oh, that remote desktop was a little out of date and we needed to switch out the application (took 5 minutes). They've been understaffed for about a year.Part of IT is setting you up with a dedicated email support. If you don't have a business e-mail set up it hamstrings you and your team. If you do sign up with this team make sure you ask them for support with this but it's been 3 years and it's been a continual problem for us.Positive: They're cheap. You do get what you pay for though.

Jack and the team have been nothing short of perfect. Thanks for helping us build our dream office. Dentistry can sometimes be far behind in the times, so thanks for helping us set up the systems and tech to move forward with the time! We appreciate you guys. Time estimations, communication, promptness, scope of work, troubleshooting, the little details, the engineering for their work and the thought put in to create effective and efficient systems. Above and beyond, every single team member. Thanks y'all! Shout out to Blake and Michael! Thanks for your professionalism, promptness, and being extremely accurate with expectations and meeting us where we are going. We appreciate you!
