Please do not use this company. They gave us a shell platform with nothing working. Shop elsewhere. Don't trust nothing they say. They are incompetent and will take a contract with no knowledge of the process and charge high price and deliver nothing

The way of working as Ocktal IT Solution Company is very bad, their sole purpose is to take some way from the customer, they have nothing to do with work, do not try to complete their work from this company. Get another company done by another company

I am Delivery Lead at Zee5, and hired managed IT Services from Octal IT Solution to work on our OTT application. We worked with a pool of 35 dedicated professionals, including programmers, designers and quality analysts. We hired Octal IT Solution after seeing their great online reputation in OTT and media streaming applications. We are highly satisfied with the quality of work Mayur Tiwari and Shreya Sethi provided. They were communicative, always on time, and great professionals. I would recommend everyone looking for a development partner to give Octal a try. Special thanks to Mr. Arun Goyal for providing us supportive and promising team

Great Place to Grow and Learn – 6 Wonderful Years at Tatvasoft!I had the opportunity to work at Tatvasoft as a QA for 6 years, and it was truly a rewarding and enriching experience. Throughout my time there, I learned so much – not only in terms of technical skills but also in understanding best practices, teamwork, and professionalism.I'm grateful for the opportunities and support I received during my time at Tatvasoft. It's a great place for anyone looking to build a strong foundation in the IT industry.

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen. There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential. The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.

If you have another offer in hand then please don't choose Tatvasoft. More pollitics not employee friendly environment no festival celebration no facilities.Even not good colleagues.Management is also biased, they only listen to higher authorities like managers vp.
