We recently completed a major migration from our previous data centre, and I can’t speak highly enough of the support we received from Hyve. Our previous hosting company had been taken over and service levels fell drastically. From start to finish, the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the transition as smooth as possible.Harry during the pre-sales phase was consistently on hand to advise, and reassure — and no challenge too complex. But special credit must go to Kai, who managed the entire migration with outstanding commitment and dedication. His attention to detail, calm under pressure, and proactive communication made all the difference. It felt less like working with a supplier and more like having an extension of our own team.If you're looking for a hosting partner who truly understands the importance of reliability and collaboration, Hyve is the one. Thanks again to everyone involved — you made a potentially stressful process feel seamless.

We've now migrated over 60 VMs and the support during this migration has been excellent. Thanks to Freddie putting up with my many questions!

On day one, the Totality engineer assigned to on-board us turned up at our offices late and left early without having onboarded the team members that had patiently waited for their turn all day. He went incommunicado and they replaced him with another (who was much better, to be fair). It was a sign of things to come.1. Revenue loss. They lost us £100k of leads after making edits to our email set up (without any instruction from us, nor checking the change with us). They talk a lot about their ISO accreditation and the processes that they have - one would have thought their processes were set up to prevent this kind of mistake. It didn’t. They only accepted they had made the mistake after we pushed repeatedly for information on what had happened - the first few responses they attempted to misdirect us on what had happened and cover up their mistake. They made a paltry £2k reduction in fees to compensate us.2. Not prioritised.Custom projects (Cyber Essentials, website SSO set ups) took months as they were never prioritised - we constantly had to chase them to move things along and it felt like we were the lowest priority. This went to calls as well, for example our ‘Customer Success Manager’ just didn’t turn up for an account review call and then passed us off to a junior colleague.3. Lack of skills.Several of the support team didn’t seem to know what they were doing, like it was their first time on the job (last time I had an update, I had to show the person remotely controlling my machine how to access the update section for various pieces of software).4. Lack of Google Workspace expertise. They say they specialise in Google during the sales process, and maybe some of them do, but it's pot luck whether you get them. One support engineer commented to a colleague how they’d never worked with Google Workspace before so weren’t sure how to answer the question - despite Totality telling us all their engineers knew it inside out. They also - as above - lost us £100k in leads due to edits they made to our Google set up.5. Inefficient and costly processes galore. For example, to apply an update the computer notifies us that an update needs doing, we have to submit a support ticket, a Totality engineer rings us to arrange an appointment, you attend the appointment to have the update applied - and more often than not, they are late to the appointment that they set. Over the 12 months we were with Totality, this cost us a small fortune in wasted Consultant time.I hope Totality are much better with other customers, for us they were an incredibly expensive and time-consuming mistake.

They discussed various options in what I call ‘pub language’ (easy to understand, no jargon!)We no longer use our slow sever and my team have access to their support when needed too. Former employee- the beginning working relationships appears to be promising but what I learned was that their vendors were not prepared to provide onboarding credentials and training. Not to mention the company is very limited on company communication. It literally took 2-4 weeks for me to receive proper training and credentials. Not to mention the two vendors I was assigned being able to maintain employability of contract for a year. In the 2.5 years I was there I’ve been laid off twice and upon my 3rd assignment I had to take a pay cut. I decided to part ways and upon my existing they decided to switch my final check to paper instead of an electronic deposit without telling me. When I called / email the company to learn what had happen; I had to repeat my calls with no response back from them. When I finally spoke with HR I was I informed they need to ensure the return of company equipment. I was totally surprise, because no communication was conveyed to me, that they holding my payCheck. I’ve always been a loyal employee even with the 2 lay-offs, and decrease in pay. I never thought they would be ornery and be spiteful towards the end when they had me waiting on them for my return label to return the company equipment. I sent it back soon as I got the label, yet I am still waiting on my final paycheck which they have fail to confirm is in the mail. Not a bad company to work for, but strongly ask the top questions surrounded around sustainability, pay increases and employment, annual reviews, their vendors, process, and training, and the length of their vendors contracts.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with this company, I feel I have a responsibility to warn other business owners.I worked with them for over nine months and, in my experience, it was one of the worst business decisions I have ever made. During that time, I spent well over £12,000, yet instead of helping my business grow, I was left dealing with significant financial losses, wasted time, and an enormous amount of stress. One of my biggest concerns was that the company presented itself as being UK-based, but I later discovered that the work was actually being carried out from India. Had this been made completely transparent from the beginning, I would have been able to make a properly informed decision. The SEO service I received failed to deliver the results I was promised, despite the substantial monthly fees I was paying. When I eventually decided to end our working relationship, the experience became even more difficult. Instead of receiving professional support during the transition, I was left feeling that my business was being actively hindered rather than helped.I also discovered software and website changes that I believe were not in my business’s best interests. From my perspective, these changes had a serious negative impact on my website and the way potential customers reached my business.I’ve worked with overseas companies before and have had excellent experiences, so this review is not about where a company is based. It is about honesty, professionalism, transparency, and the quality of service provided. If you are considering hiring this company to manage your website or SEO, I strongly encourage you to carry out extensive due diligence, ask detailed questions, and ensure you retain full control of your website, hosting, domain, analytics, and all associated accounts before signing any agreement.Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise other business owners to look elsewhere.

After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen. There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential. The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.
