Found their training very poor. Had Ryan as a trainer, thought it was over complex and very opinionated for an intro course. Delivery was very poor.

I attended Dan Norths - Accelerated Agile course at Instil. Both the course and the environment were excellent. The CourseI throughly enjoyed the course in terms of content and delivery. It was refreshing to actually get tools and techniques that can be used to provide real evidence that lean and agile practises can add significant business benefit. The EnvironmentThe Instil offices are an excellent environment for learning - open, bright and quiet.I'd highly recommend both.

First off fantastic location and hosts!Tom Stuart's (@tomstuart) course was very interesting from start to finish. He covered everything in terms of the tools and the methodologies used when using the BDD paradigm with Ruby.Tom has a great quality in being able to explain things well. Throughout his course I found myself saying, "so that's what that is" or "ahh that makes sense now"... The course is dense and fast paced, so you have to stay alert, but I didn't find that a problem because I found myself engrossed throughout. Although there was a lot of material and much of it is now hard to recall, the bits and pieces I have retained are probably the most important. Tom has helped me establish a few vital connections which have ultimately given me a broader and better understanding of how the Ruby on Rails stack works and why we as a team are using BDD.Dylan.

Ok, we had year lasting project and I’d like to admit the confidence and stress resistance of the team, in each situation they didn’t panic but started searching the reason of the error, and finally eliminated it.Besides, among all, team has strong work ethics and sets an example with his perfect attendance. Of course, the attendance of this team members also contributes to the productivity levels and the project results. Yes, that was that impressed me most… I can say it for sure having in past bad experience with the Indian programmers)))
