We recently worked with Geeks to do a scoping workshops/Solution Design for the development of a application for streamlining our reporting and surveying processes.The process from opening meeting to final wireframing was seamless. The knowledge and approach of the Business Analysts and the whole team were excellent, they listened, advised and offered thoughtful suggestions for improvements.The end specification for the application met and in many ways exceeded my expectations.Professional, friendly and smart. We recently completed a solution design project with Geeks, and I can not speak highly enough about the service we received. Geeks really are experts are making the complex appear (relatively) simple. Through a thorough and detailed solution design process, we created a prototype product that met all of our requirements. Geeks focus on producing visual representations of the product you are seeking - which is a far more efficient and helpful way of solution designing (as opposed to a written specification). I went to interview for a Delivery Manager role.Had 3 people interview me, one of which was dressed in sports outfit for the interview - I do not regard this as being professional.Second, the role advertised is not the same with the role itself. In the job description, the responsibilities were all related to Project Management, however when the interview started I was completely blindsided.They asked me to basically do the work of Sales, Product Owner, Design, Architecture and we spoke a little of Delivery as well.Only to be told later that because this is a consultancy, it's expected of you to do everything. The job does NOT pay for X5 roles with those responsibilities, but you are expected to do those tasks regardless.My advice - just write down all of these in the job advert, saves people time to decide whether it is suited for them or not.

What can I say, our experience with Hyve right from the start has been nothing short of outstanding. We were looking for a new hosting provide due to numerous outages with our current provider and the guys at Hyve were empathetic and did everything they could to get us up and running in a few days. After working here for 9 years, I finally had to leave because of the management style of my reporting manager. Many of my team members had raised complaints multiple times, but no one in HR or higher management cared to listen.There is no opportunity to learn new things or grow in your career. Instead of skill development, the reporting manager forces employees to do repetitive tasks even during free time, which feels like a complete waste of potential.The reporting manager is also very biased - very supportive towards female employees but extremely strict with male employees, applying rules like in a school. Despite being in Tatvasoft for more than 15 years, he still goes for lunch alone - which clearly shows how disconnected he is from his own team.Sadly, instead of valuing long-term employees, the company culture pushes people to resign. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for growth and a fair, employee-friendly workplace.
