We receive and continue to receive amazing customer service from GAM Tech as our IT services provider. Their support is 24-7 which is imperative for our business function. The team is great to deal with, very quick, responsive, attentive and efficient. We especially appreciate Sean our client success manager and the attention he gives our company. Extremely disappointed with this service center. My questions were completely ignored, and the staff showed no effort to understand the actual issue. It felt like they were more interested in making excuses than helping a customer. The lack of professionalism and basic competence is astonishing. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before bringing their device here.

I had them hang 2 televisions, on which they did an excellent job.My computer was slow so I asked him to fix that. I happen to live far from his shop, so it took a while to receive the computer. They ended up doing diagnosis, virus removal and a full reboot for $150.00. I like to support family businesses, and this is one I would recommend.

I brought my computer in because a hinge broke on my laptop and pulled out my wifi wire. I told them what was wrong with the computer and exactly that. They called me back and said it would require a $75 diagnostic fee to figure out what needs to be done. I responded with that I already know what needs to be done and no diagnostic will be required. So I picked up my computer and they told me it would be 2-3 hours of labor to fix (even though they did not "diagnose" it). Obviously they did in the 10 minutes that it had been dropped off. I took it home and with never have taking a laptop apart before, I fixed it in 40 minutes. They are just out for a buck and not the customer.
