In our case it didn't go very well, we paid almost €1,000 for web optimization work and we didn't really see any improvement even though they continually told us that the website improved in loading and performance, some tasks were done that we didn't really understand and They did not have an impact on results or they did not show us that this was the case. We spent more than a month sending reports, error data, answering everything they asked of us but nothing. Finally we had to expand the hosting services to obtain some improvement, after a few interventions kiwop no longer took care of anything else. To this day we do not know what was done, nor evidence that the website improved in any aspect, I am not saying that it was not done, but rather that we do not know what was done and how it had an impact on the website (to this day we continue to have serious problems web performance). Of course, they always answered and the treatment was friendly and professional.
