*UPDATE*2/25: I received a voicemail from Gary this morning. This was the first time ever I’ve been reached out to by this company. Its odd how a bad review will spring someone to action! Gary’s voicemail didn’t apologize for dropping the ball. He acted like I had requested a call minutes before! Either way, if he was aware of this fiasco or not- the fact that their process is unorganized and delayed (at the very least) should not be common practice. Since I made my decision last night not to partner with Tallwave- I will NOT be reaching back out. So any response to this review stating that they called me (after the fact!) is irrelevant.2/24: I reached out through their online email platform through their website over a week ago and they never called me. I followed up twice this week and still no correspondence. My email and phone number that I provided is correct. No hard feelings on my part- I'm moving on but if they can't reach out to a prospect within a week then naturally I question the quality of their advertised services. In my opinion, I should have at least been given a call back within 24 hours.... even if its a generic call to schedule something in the future, I would be satisficed. Zero stars if possible....This is not how I choose to run my business so I see it as dodging a bullet!

Beautiful building and office. Kind people with alot of knowledge. The office is very easy to find. I had the pleasure of meeting Jarod Bailey a tech entrepreneur with a strong foundation in biz development. He's somewhat of a legend in my book and a master builder. Great place to rub shoulders with brilliant minds. Loved my experience there.

this is my 2 cents:*1- still waiting, proposal it takes forever to get delivered 14 days at least or more.*2- you have to pay them to pitch your idea, they explain, 1st meeting is introduction, the 2nd meeting where you explain your idea its the workshop that you have to pay $$ for. how is that even realistic.*3- being sick is not an excuse to delay work and that what they do.*4- you are lucky if you get straight answer with them.*5- no one answers the phone. excuse (we are moving, new office)i don't get it. i contacted 3 people on that office no one was answering i'm very sure they hire movers to move stuff they don't do the labor.**** excuses it could be all true. but delays and paying to explain what service you need is not acceptable***

I was very excited to find a Rochester agency that could build my brand and website when starting my company. I had met with a number of different website developers, graphic designers, programmers from all over the world. As a solo entrepreneur, I would have been managing 2-3 people to build out the branding and website. Instead, Brandmint’s team worked to build the brand and I only had to manage/communicate my vision to them. They are an agency that I can grow into their full suite of services. It saves me time having a one stop shop. The Brandmint team is an incredible local asset and I am excited to work with them on future projects.

Content Marketing Agency FAQs

What services does a content marketing agency in the USA provide?

Content marketing agencies in the USA provide the following key services:

  • Content strategy: Planning what content to create and where and when to publish it, aligning it with business goals and audience interests. 97% of marketers include content strategy in their business strategy and claim it’s becoming more effective thanks to the technology and human influence combined.
  • Content writing: Writing blogs, articles, eBooks, white papers, case studies, and other written content to engage audiences. 90% of marketers agree that writing and editing content remains the most important skill for content marketing success.
  • Search engine optimization (SEO): Developing keyword strategies, acquiring reputable links, and implementing on-page improvements to the website.
  • Social media content creation: Producing graphics, short-form videos, and social media captions optimized for each social media channel.
  • Email marketing: Creating newsletters, drip campaigns, and sales sequences to nurture leads and elevate customer relationships.
  • Video production: Creating and editing videos for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns. According to statistics gathered by Wyzowl, 95% of video marketers see video as an important part of their overall strategy.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting content strategies to improve results and meet marketing goals.

How much do these services usually cost in the US?

The price of content marketing ranges from $2,000 to $50,000+ per month, depending on the service scope, content type, industry, and several other factors.

A top US content marketing agency on DesignRush charges anywhere between $100 and $1,000 an hour for its services.

For example, if you want your content to focus mainly on video production, professionally made videos can cost from $150 to $350 per hour.

Factors impacting the prices include:

  • Word count or video length
  • Content type
  • Industry
  • Subject matter expertise
  • Level of experience
  • Tight deadlines
  • Rounds of revision

How long does it take to see results from content marketing?

The first results usually appear in the first 6 months. For some clients, results will appear in 3-6 months, for others it might be exactly after 6 months, and for more complex projects, the efforts will become visible in the second half of the year.

Content marketing is very dynamic, so results will always depend on the type of content that’s being produced, the aggressiveness of the campaigns that the agency is running, audience targeting, market competition, and similar factors.

What types of businesses use content marketing agencies?

The most common businesses that hire these agencies are those in the Tech, Healthcare, Finance, Fitness, and Retail/eCommerce industries. They aim to educate customers, generate leads, and build brand authority through blogs, videos, and social media, using experts for design, video, and copywriting.

Essentially, any business that wants to connect with its audience online, buildcredibility, or drivesales through valuable, engagingcontent will benefit from hiring a content marketing expert.

How do agencies measure marketing success?

They track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the customer journey to measure marketing success, while also tying the content performance to specific business outcomes.

Depending on the goal, agencies will track the follower growth if they’re focusing on brand awareness, they’ll track conversions or signups if they want to improve lead generation. At the same time, they’ll monitor returning visitors and time on page if the focus is to build trust.

The key metrics that agencies usually measure include:

  • Website traffic growth
  • Time spent on page
  • Bounce rate changes
  • Organic search rankings
  • Click-through rate
  • Lead generation volume
  • Conversion rate
  • Email signup growth
  • Social engagement quality
  • Customer feedback or comments
  • Sales influenced by content
  • Return on investment (ROI)
