It’s so upsetting to me that Madwell is THAT bad. I reached out to them about 3 weeks ago inquiring about becoming a new client and they had told me “sure no problem, someone will reach out to you” I’ve emailed, called, AND gone to their office in person trying to meet with someone. Blown off for so long until today when I called again furious asking if they usually have people waiting for 3 weeks to even have a preliminary phone call with someone. She put me on hold came back to the line and said “we no longer do work for restaurants anymore”. Wow so sad. I really hope for future customers you guys get better and step up your game. I have friends you have used them before who say they do work really well for them. Told them what happened and NOW they tell me that they have noticed the company as begun to go downhill. This company is a huge SCAM. You can tell because all the reviews are 5 years old. We hired them for a branding exercise for the tune of $200k in 2019. Their deliverables were amateur (if they even produced them). As if a marketing intern spent an afternoon on it. They were horrendously late. Eventually we had enough. We asked for a refund and they refused. We have been in a protracted legal battle with them ever since.If you want good work, go elsewhere. If you want a responsible marketing agency go elsewhere. It will cost you $$$.We’re starting a campaign in boulder to ensure nobody gets ripped off from them again.This has gone on long enough human. Pay us or we will make sure everyone in Boulder knows you’re a SCAM.
