Smart Start of Mecklenburg County recently teamed up with Yellow Duck Marketing for a comprehensive brand analysis and marketing assessment study. From the very beginning, I was so impressed with the level of engagement from the Yellow Duck team; this wasn’t just another job for them – all members of their team really dove in to understand our organization and brand, the demographics and subject matter we work with, the workload and capabilities of our team, and even engaged with key stakeholders. Throughout the project they continued to exceed expectations, making adjustments as needed while changes happened within our organization. The team members were a delight to work with, and they felt like an extension of our team by the end. The final results included priority recommendations, a strategic marketing plan, and new creative collateral materials; all of these pieces will be so helpful in launching the next phase of Smart Start’s marketing and communications activities. The level of detail and care they put into both the discovery and deliverable phases is far above what you would expect from a consulting engagement, and I would highly recommend the Yellow Duck team.

I would highly recommend working with Thompson & Prince! I worked with the team to redo our (eye sore of a) pitch deck and they were absolutely phenomenal. It was clear that they understood what investors wanted to see and the health & wellness space more broadly. They worked within our brand guidelines to present different options for the look and feel of the deck. Once I selected an option, they iterated on the slides and quickly incorporated any feedback I had to create the final version. They were very communicative and speedy while delivering high quality work. They finished all of this in less than two weeks and would have finished sooner if I had given them feedback faster. They go above and beyond to make sure that their client loves the final product and to support your business as a founder. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them and they really surpassed my expectations. I would definitely work with them again!
