It has been a wonderful experience working along Skyplanner the past year. They are highly skilled professionals that provide exceptional customer service. This process can be very difficult especially as we were very new to Salesforce. The wonderful thing about working with Skyplanner is that they were personally invested and made sure we understood the entire process. They constantly supported us and any time we had trouble they were there without any hesitations to offer their help and solutions.I would definitely recommend working with the Skyplanner team. SkyPlanner came initially just for a consultation about our lead processes. Due to the volume of leads, we were not being able to track them properly. After some brainstorming sessions, we designed together a much efficient lead nurturing process that automates many of the tasks we had to do and gave us the extra bandwidth to better manage our queues. Good team, very professional.
