We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this).CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

We recently worked with Geeks to do a scoping workshops/Solution Design for the development of a application for streamlining our reporting and surveying processes. The process from opening meeting to final wireframing was seamless. The knowledge and approach of the Business Analysts and the whole team were excellent, they listened, advised and offered thoughtful suggestions for improvements. The end specification for the application met and in many ways exceeded my expectations.Professional, friendly and smart. Great experience

We recently completed a solution design project with Geeks, and I can not speak highly enough about the service we received. Geeks really are experts are making the complex appear (relatively) simple. Through a thorough and detailed solution design process, we created a prototype product that met all of our requirements. Geeks focus on producing visual representations of the product you are seeking - which is a far more efficient and helpful way of solution designing (as opposed to a written specification). Thank you very much for your support once again and I look forward to working together again in the future! Bradley (Associate Director)

I was referred to Esco Logics by a business associate when we were ready to create our very first website. I’m so glad I was connected with this company. Shariq and his team were absolutely EXCELLENT to work with! They brought our vision to life exactly how we imagined it and were always available, responsive, and quick to address any questions or concerns. They were also extremely adaptable to changes along the way. I will gladly recommend Esco Logics to anyone in need of web services and look forward to working with them again.

I have been a client of Blue Flamingo for 9 years. They created a website for my legal practice and have over the years adapted and refreshed that. They also created our logo and branding. I have always found Mark to be very responsive, and he quickly responds to my queries and accommodates all the amendments we need. I would highly recommend Blue Flamingo.

Not only do I love my website, but they are so professional and hard working and they always work so quickly and their communication is always excellent. We’ve been working with 911IT for quite some time, and they’ve been a dependable partner for our business. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help whenever issues arise. Whether it’s day-to-day support, infrastructure questions, or more complex IT challenges, they’ve consistently provided professional service and clear communication.A special thanks to Kody, who has always been great to work with. He takes the time to understand the issue, follows through, and makes sure things are resolved. As the in-house IT manager, I appreciate having a managed services partner that collaborates rather than simply closing tickets. It’s reassuring to know we have a team we can rely on when we need additional expertise or support.I would recommend 911IT to any business looking for a responsive and professional IT services provider.
