We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this). CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

We recently worked with Geeks to do a scoping workshops/Solution Design for the development of a application for streamlining our reporting and surveying processes. The process from opening meeting to final wireframing was seamless. The knowledge and approach of the Business Analysts and the whole team were excellent, they listened, advised and offered thoughtful suggestions for improvements.
