Chimpare Designs Reviews & Testimonials

UI/UX Design Review from Jamie Flett
Chimpare Design Lab helped us with a UI/UX research process, which included in-person interviews where they walked users through unboxing, connecting, and using the features of our smart air conditioner. From there, the team took the findings and produced a report for us to make improvements to our app and increase our activation rates. In addition to the report, Momentum Design Lab also redesigned some parts of our app using Figma.
The project required a very iterative process, so we required more than one discovery call to get started. In fact, they didn't just work with me; we also integrated our consumer marketing insights team to identify participants. We also collaborated with them to figure out how to recruit the right users based on our target customer profiles.

Mobile App Development Review from Phil Smith
Create a mini CRM that is app based that the sales person will use. This will also allow a sales manger to log in on the web or desktop and see the activity of the sales person. Helps create action items for each new potential referral partner that is entered into the system.
Send post cards through the app Send videos Reporting function on activity levels Creates reminders Allows multiple ways to reach out and touch a prospect to stay in front of the prospect. Must be able to receive payments. Provide a back end system that an admin can access. Many other details

Mobile App Development Review from Piera Musselli
Great service from start to finish. The team are very knowledgable, helpful and are negotiable on price which is great. I had an app development for just £400 for IOS devices and in my opinion it is some of the best design and features i have seen on any new app.
