I joined kodehash technology (gurugram) as an intern, but on my second day, I was suddenly informed that my role was terminated because the company decided to stop using the technology I was hired for. This shows poor planning, lack of professionalism, and no respect for employees' time or effort. Such behavior creates an unstable and unethical work environment. I hope kodehash technology takes this feedback seriously and works on improving its management and transparency.
