Unico Connect Reviews & Testimonials

Software Development Review from Jacques Antikadjian
Unico Connect has been an exceptional development partner in helping us build PLCY, our AI governance and runtime policy-enforcement platform. From the beginning, their team took the time to understand not only what we wanted to build, but also the security architecture, governance requirements, workflows, and enterprise use cases behind the product. What impressed me most was their ability to take our security designs and technical workflows and translate them into a functional, scalable platform. PLCY requires much more than traditional software development it involves AI governance, policy enforcement, data protection, model and regional routing, auditability, and enterprise-grade security controls. UnicoConnect approached these requirements thoughtfully and worked closely with us to turn complex concepts into a real product. Their team has been responsive, collaborative, technically capable, and willing to work through difficult architectural and product challenges with us. They have treated the engagement like a true partnership rather than simply a development project. As a founder, it is extremely valuable to have a technology partner that understands the vision while also being able to execute on the details. Unico Connect has played an important role in helping bring PLCY from architecture and security designs into a working AI governance platform. I would highly recommend UnicoConnect to companies building sophisticated SaaS, AI, security, or enterprise software products.

Software Development Review from Daniel Gonsenhauser
Unico built our Order Management System across two operating companies and integrated it with Bringg for dispatch. The hard part wasn't the software, it was the business logic we run on-demand, multi-stop, scheduled contract, and distribution work across multiple markets, and the pricing exceptions that used to live in our people's heads are now configured in the system. Order intake, dispatch, commissions and billing are one flow instead of three, and our team reviews work rather than reconstructing it. What set Unico apart was their willingness to learn how a courier and freight business actually operates instead of fitting us to a template. We worked with a dedicated team on the Unico side - a project lead, developers, and QA with direct access throughout rather than everything routed through an account manager. We've engaged them for phase two.

Web Development Review from Shifa Sutar
We had a great experience working with Unico team for our Google Workspace migration and account setup. The entire process was smooth and well-managed. The team was extremely supportive, responsive, and guided us at every step, making what could have been a complex transition feel effortless. Highly recommend their services.

Web Development Review from Jason Harvison
HDWEBSOFT did a fantastic work that aided the client in expanding their business, particularly in terms of growing website subscriptions. The project began on schedule and opened up a lot of opportunities for the business.

Web Development Review from David Zalik
Using a smooth user interface, HDWEBSOFT effectively updated our landing page, enticing visitors to sign up for the product's waitlist. The staff provided a customized strategy and was incredibly responsive, driven, and enthusiastic. They also used ClickUp for project administration.

Mobile App Development Review from Max Levchin
We've partnered with HDWEBSOFT who have created our app using .NET. The feedback from our customers we've received has been overwhelmingly good. We had heard positive things about the idea even before we released the app, so it's encouraging to see those comments continue once it has been out. HDWEBSOFT was set up from the start. The design team was outstanding; they completed the job on schedule and within our allocated budget. They followed a well-defined procedure that was in place.

The entire editorial team, and I as the editor-in-chief of Yabl.ua, declare that Brights brought our site back to life quickly and effectively when it became overloaded during the New Year holidays, gave up, and just wouldn't work, and we couldn't do without it.
Vladimir Kosenko's Review Sourced from Google
They've made a great app called Tvoya Bezpeka. It's free, and most importantly, it's essential. It should be implemented in amalgamated territorial communities (ATCs), in small and large towns. Collective security has great potential. Thanks to the development team.

Softellar Reviews & Testimonials

Software Development Review from Kerry Cooper
We partnered with Softellar to modernize our patient records management system and improve overall healthcare delivery, and the results have been outstanding. The project was essential for us, especially during the pandemic, when remote care became a necessity. Softellar's team developed a comprehensive healthcare solution that seamlessly integrated a central patient records management system, telemedicine capabilities, remote health monitoring features, and full regulatory compliance.Their deep understanding of our unique needs and workflows allowed them to customize the solution effectively, creating a user-friendly system that reduced delays and significantly improved patient care. The telemedicine functionality ensured uninterrupted care during the pandemic, while remote health monitoring provided us with valuable insights into patient conditions, enabling proactive interventions. What impressed us most was Softellars flexibility and responsiveness. They delivered the project on time, made adjustments when needed, and ensured the system worked perfectly with our existing infrastructure. Their attention to detail and commitment to user experience made the system easy to adopt with minimal training for our staff.

Staff Augmentation Review from Ariel Elkayam
Softellar has been a game-changer for LoanStreet, providing exceptional IT Staff Augmentation that seamlessly integrated with our team. They invested time in understanding our platforms needs, demonstrating a deep grasp of our technical and business objectives. Their engineers were not only highly skilled but proactive problem solvers, helping us tackle challenges in real-time data tracking and loan portfolio performance. They also proved remarkably adaptable, adjusting to regulatory-driven priority shifts without sacrificing quality or efficiency. One standout project involved enhancing our platforms user experience for credit unions, banks, and lenders. Softellar's team went beyond mere implementation by offering valuable feedback on design and usability, significantly improving client engagement and satisfaction. They also provided comprehensive post-project support and knowledge transfer, empowering our team to manage and scale independently.

Flexsin Reviews & Testimonials
1 2's Review Sourced from Google
We hired flexsin technologies to build software for us in July 2022. They agreed to sign NDAs and all relevant paperwork. They prepared the NDA as they preferred it and sent it to us for review and signature. We reviewed the NDA and changed the Jurisdiction to UK and sent it back to them for a signature which they delayed in signing up to date. After they reviewed everything, they gave us an estimation of USD 17,000. They sent us a contract with upper price cap stating that any extra activities and costs incurred above the agreed upper price cap will be their responsibility and we as the client will have to pay nothing extra. They estimated the project will take 12-14 weeks. They started the project and assured us the NDA and Contract is getting sorted and they will send it over as soon as. Long story short flexsin Technology never honoured the contract and the price cap as the price started increasing past the price cap. It is now been 8 months since they started the project and they have not signed the NDA nor the Contract as agreed. We noticed they misspelt the names on the NDA and Contract. We asked them to rectify the spelling mistakes and they have refused asking us to Change the NDA that they wrote themselves to meet their interests. They are asking us to include on the NDA that UPwork will resolve disputes in relation to incorrect spellings on the paperwork and the NDA as if they are planning to make more mistakes. Up work is just a platform that brings developers and clients together, UPwork does not resolve spelling mistakes and unsigned paperwork. UPwork is NOT developing our software for us, we did NOT share the software information with UPwork, we shared information with Flexsins Technologies and above all Up work did NOT misspell or fail to sign the NDA or Contract, that was Flexsins Technologies mistakes to fix and NOT UPwork mistakes to fix. They are now asking to write another contract for more money probably with another price cap just to lure. They have agreed to send the assets back to us immediately. Updates of this review to follow on here, twitter, LinkedIn, IG, TikTok, and any other platform.
Liam Durbin's Review Sourced from Google
I have had a great experience with Flexsin. My small business is a bit of a niche (horse racing) but the team at Flexsin worked very hard to understand the nuances. Very impressive breadth of skills on the team. The support work they do for my small business on a monthly retainer has been good, as has their project work on a mobile app.
Dave Reynolds's Review Sourced from Google
I've been with Flexsin for 3 years now, and it's a great place to work. Talented technical staff and good management. After years of providing IT staffing solutions for US based companies with local personnel, I'm now able to save our clients a LOT of money by using the resources of our talented team of resources at our offshore development center instead.

Frequently Asked Questions About DevOps Consulting
What services do these companies typically provide?
DevOps (Development and Operations) consulting helps organizations improve software delivery and product reliability through a mix of strategy, engineering, and operational support. Common services include:
- DevOps assessment and strategy: Evaluating current delivery performance, infrastructure, and operating model, and developing a roadmap, governance, and target-state architecture to meet business goals.
- Technical and platform engineering: Selecting, configuring, and integrating the DevOps toolchain, including the cloud platform, CI/CD, container platforms, and infrastructure automation tools.
- CI/CD implementation and optimization: Designing and enhancing continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines to increase delivery speed and reduce deployment risk.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Managing infrastructure via version-controlled code for consistent, repeatable, and scalable deployments.
- Managed DevOps and SRE support: Providing ongoing monitoring and observability, incident response support, and reliability improvements after go-live.
How much do DevOps services cost in the USA?
They typically charge depending on service scope, architecture and infrastructure complexity, number of environments, level of customization, and compliance requirements.
Skill level is another key cost factor, with consultants in the U.S. typically falling into the following rate bands:
- Junior DevOps consultants bill around $120-$150 per hour. They typically have 1-3 years of experience and a foundational knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies.
- Intermediate-level consultants cost around $150-$250 per hour. These DevOps consultants have 3-7 years of experience working with various software and strategies and have a few projects in their portfolio.
- Senior consultants have an hourly rate of $250 to over $350. With over 7 years of experience, these consultants have a solid reputation in the industry and have worked with large and complex business environments. They can also offer specialized expertise for a specific sector or tech stack.
How long do DevOps solutions typically take?
DevOps solutions can take anywhere between 4 weeks and over 18 months. Timelines depend on business size, infrastructure maturity, security and regulatory requirements, and the scope of deliverables.
Below is an approximate timeline based on project complexity:
- DevOps pilots (4-6 weeks): Focuses on one application or product team and delivers a minimum viable product (MVP), including a CI/CD pipeline, repeatable environments using IaCs, and basic alerts and monitoring.
- Mid-sized rollouts (3-6 months): These projects expand to multiple environments (development, stage, and production) and services, including cloud security foundations. It may also include containers/Kubernetes.
- Enterprise transformation (6-18+ months): These projects implement standardization across teams and systems, including toolchain customization, advanced automation, production-grade observability, and site reliability engineering (SRE) practices. It may also have ongoing optimization services.
What processes do these consulting companies follow?
They follow a custom implementation plan based on a business’s specific needs and goals. It typically involves the following steps:
- Assessment and strategy: Auditing infrastructure, operating workflows, and delivery practices, then creating a prioritized roadmap and implementation plan.
- Toolchain selection and integration: Choosing and integrating tools for cloud, CI/CD, monitoring/observability, security, and IaC that align with the target architecture.
- IaC adoption and environment automation: Treating infrastructure like software by defining environments in version-controlled code to automate provisioning and reduce configuration drift.
- CI/CD pipeline implementation: Setting up or refining CI/CD pipelines, including release strategies (e.g., canary release or blue-green deployments) and automated build/test/deploy gates.
- Containerization and orchestration: Standardizing application packaging and deployments to reduce environment inconsistency.
- Security and compliance implementation: Applying security practices across the CI/CD pipeline and toolchains and producing compliance documentation when required.
- Observability and reliability practices: Implementing monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and incident-response workflows to enhance system reliability and recovery.
- Knowledge transfer and team enablement: Training users on the DevOps tools, processes, and culture to sustain adoption.
- Continuous optimization: Conducting ongoing audits and enhancements to improve system speed, security, reliability, and resilience.
