Working Solutions had the privilege of working with Gunderson Direct on our first-ever annual report. We had a wonderful experience and recommend Gunderson Direct wholeheartedly! From the project management to the graphic design, every aspect of their work was stellar. The Gunderson Direct team is extremely talented, and they took the time to understand our organization's mission and our goals for this report. The designs developed were unique, visually compelling, and effectively shared the impact of Working Solutions. The team made it easy for us to respond to iterations of the report, and they were very receptive to our feedback. The project manager was excellent, with clear communication throughout the process. She kept us on schedule while also being flexible to accommodate our own scheduling needs. If we could give Gunderson Direct more than five stars, we absolutely would!

This is a terrible company and certainly does not care about it's customers or helping brands. I called to speak with a representative of the company and without even talking with me about my needs, they reply by saying "we are not interested in working with you" and then hung up. It was very unprofessional and just shows how much they value the people that are paying their bills. I would not ever recommend reaching out to this company or consider using them in any capacity.- in response to your company’s reply: since I cannot reply to your response. I will add to my original review. The fact that you want to try and play it off as if I called the wrong number is almost as comical as you guys having someone go leave a fake positive review after I left a negative review about your company. You’ve never received a single review on your company for the entirety of you being in business and then somehow one hour after I left a negative review you magically have someone leave a positive review try and refute what I said. I will attach a photo of my outgoing call to the number on your website showing I did indeed call and talk to one of your representatives who is out collecting any data on what we were hoping to hire you for, tell me they are not interested in working with our company.

I did some work with Feld on a commercial shoot in October 2024. I was never paid. I tried contacting them through email, phone and the contact form on their website. The only people who got back to me were freelancers who were contracted for the shoot, some of whom said that they hadn't been paid either. Anyone directly associated with Feld was completely unresponsive.
