They carefully analyzed our entire ecosystem and offered multiple recommendations for improving our system (not just one). They also implemented various cost-saving measures. You can choose from a variety of options, and they will work according to your timeline, your needs, your budget, and your staff's ability to change. I have not detected a lapse-in fact as far as knowledge is concerned, and I have learned much from them! Which is of particular importance since we work around the clock.
