It's disappointing when a company feels the need to solicit reviews from its investors, employees and friends. After doing some research, most of their reviews aren’t from actual clients. My experience with this company was underwhelming, to say the least. From lost inventory to inaccurate financials, the operational issues were hard to ignore.This is a small, disorganized, and inexperienced organization. The CEO appeared unprepared to lead or effectively manage a business. The maturity, experience and capability with this company is definitely lacking. Simply starting a company doesn’t mean one knows how to run it successfully. Despite many promises, the reality was a series of costly mistakes with little to no benefit.We ultimately chose to leave and partner with Pattern instead—a larger, far more capable company that understands how to scale and support a larger business the right way.

Our experience with Evolved Commerce has been truly amazing. We own a new local health food brand, and we wanted to grow our brand awareness and sales through Amazon. With being a small team, we were already spread too thin, so we knew it would relieve a lot of stress to hire a professional team to set up and manage our account. We were referred to several different companies, but Evolved stood out to us the most in their initial consultation. From their friendly and accommodating customer service, to their Amazon expertise and experience, and most importantly, to feeling like a top priority for them. After working with them for several months, I was SO impressed by their attention to detail and organization, their willingness to troubleshoot every little concern or address any question I had, and the creative team delivered beautiful work! We are thrilled with the progress made so far and decided to continue their monthly management services. I also want to should out to our account manager Zach who has been a blessing to work with and is absolutely crushing it for us. Excited to see how things develop over the next couple months, and I would highly recommend working with Evolved!
