From the start, the consultant who onboarded me hyped up the company, claiming they had a team of 400 people. But if that’s true, I have no idea what they’re all doing because the work I received was extremely slow, and I had to constantly chase them just to get basic tasks done.The proposal outlined a structured, professional approach, but what was actually delivered felt unorganized and nowhere near the quality I expected. Instead of streamlining my social media, I ended up babysitting the team, reminding them of what needed to be done. If you’re looking for an agency that takes initiative and delivers efficiently, this is not the one.0/5 stars
