I worked with Kitty Lai from Me Brand on brand development for my natural health brand, and had a very positive experience. At the time, we needed more than a logo. We were looking for a premium, credible brand direction with clear positioning and a consistent visual system that could guide future website, packaging, and marketing work. Kitty understood this from the start. She took a thoughtful, strategic approach. She researched the category and competition carefully, asked good questions, and paid attention to the customer we were trying to reach. I also appreciated that the logo concept was not generic. We initially approached Noramble for a full 360° branding project, but engaged them earlier for an interim brand 0.5 phase to create presentable packaging and point-of-sale materials for our pilot. Having previously worked with two designers without achieving the result we needed, we brought No Ramble in with relatively limited additional briefing. They completely overdelivered. The work was not only creatively strong, but strategically well thought through, with several clear and considered directions presented. I am extremely happy with what they delivered, as well as their flexibility and ability to quickly understand the bigger picture. It has made us even more excited to work with them on the full evolution of the brand after the pilot.
