I want to emphasize that my review accurately reflects my experience and is not intended to be malicious or misleading.Many of the agencies my employer works with have in-house videography teams. These teams often collaborate with external vendors for overflow work or specialized projects. My review was not motivated by the decline in our potential collaboration. Rather, it was prompted by the unprofessional and disrespectful manner in which I was treated during our interaction.Specifically, I was disappointed by the fact that you hung up on me during our conversation. This abrupt and rude behavior is not acceptable and does not align with professional standards.I believe that open and honest communication is essential for building strong professional relationships. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and strive to improve your customer service practices in the future.

Unfortunately, GWL falls victim to the triangle of death. Cheap, Fast and Good. You can have two but never all three. GWL has grasped cheap and fast with no intention of letting go. They have a lot of talented young people with great ideas but get ignored by the older people stuck in the past.

We always love our appointments at Hart Studios. Hannah is not only an awesome stylist, but just personable. She makes you feel as if you’ve known each other for years. The staff and atmosphere are friendly and welcoming. Appointment scheduling is easy. They do incredible work and use quality products.

I had an excellent -new customer- experience with Alex. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and explained the process every step of the way. My haircut, color, and gloss turned out beautifully. Her genuine care made me feel comfortable and confident. I left the salon feeling refreshed and loving my hair. I will most definitely be coming back and highly recommend Hart Studios Salon as everyone there was extremely welcoming and helpful.
