We at The Wooden Wish have made the jump in a new direction. The IT and SEO part of this new venture is out of our league. Fortunately we were able to work with Content Branding Solutions on our new website and SEO. WOW is the first word that comes to mind. Peter and Cheri listened very carefully to our goals and went to work. What they came up with was a fresh, more relevant theme. Very clean, green and user friendly. The content put into the new web page quite literally blew our minds. The text, editing and artwork was amazing. They went so above and beyond what we were expecting. It was a year that I worked with these guys as Senior HR!! Left a few days ago. The company is average, however management does an awesome job in hiring people. Cz each and every person I met there had some USP and was great at something. Plus all employees are young, cool and have good and supportive nature. Got a great deal to learn from everyone.1.The management strongly needs to work on their tendency to micromanage things.2.Pay day fluctuations should be improved.3. Employees and especially the Team Leads should be trusted more and should be involved in decision making.4. Developers, testers, IMEs and content writers should be paid decently.5. Pretty TOP HEAVY structure! Management should be trimmed down a bit and decision flow should be equally distributed.Will recommend for Senior Sales roles/Senior BD roles/Digital Marketing/Mobile App Devs/JavaScript Technologies/PC/BA/some new techs they are hiring for.Will not recommend for HR/Admin/Junior Sales roles/Junior BD roles/PHP devs/Wordpress dev/UI Dev/UX/Front End Dev/Testing/Content Writers/IMEs/any decision making roles.Here, I would like to mention that personally, my experience was very good with the management, especially my manager and the work. Hope they strive to make themselves better!! Cheers
