I had a very bad experience with hiring process. One of your HR reached out to me for a BDM role and asked me to share my resume. After that, they said they would schedule an interview, but there was no update for weeks. I tried reaching out multiple times over call but never got any response.This shows a very careless and unprofessional way of dealing with candidates. HR should understand that people who apply for jobs put their time, effort, and hopes into the process. If the company is not interested, at least have the courtesy to give a clear update instead of ignoring candidates.Such irresponsible behavior reflects badly on the company’s culture and values. If they treat candidates this way during hiring process, I can only imagine how they treat their actual employees.I don’t recommend trusting their hiring process it is a waste of time and very disappointing.
