Do not use this company for Google Ad management. The first 6 weeks out our ad spend spiked to ~$25,000. The issue was resolved and we were on the right track for a time, however, they completely disengaged with us over a year ago and continue to bill us as if they are managing our ads. We have had audits performed by other PPC consultants and they have verified that our ads haven't been touched in over a year. I have made several attempts to contact the owner to have this issue politely resolved. I now have been informed that the company has been sold. The account manager has continued to ghost us. Please contact me. UPDATE: Jeff I can't believe you auto charged me once again. After posting this review you contacted me and it was perfectly clear by that conversation that we are no longer using your service. You crossed an ethical line when you implied that discontinuing your service meant our ads would be turned off. The ads are riddled with errors form broken bid strategies to the use of broad match keywords. These are just two examples of the issues I continued to bring up that needed to be addressed. Your company's Ron Popeal - "set it and forget it" billing practices and service approach needs to be addressed. This is the exact reason why your company was asked to leave our Vistage preferred providers group. Your company is untrustworthy and incompetent.
