The ABC team has been incredible throughout our IT transition. We knew it would be a big undertaking, and the support from Eleanor, Matthew, Phil, and the entire Support Desk has made all the difference.Eleanor has done an amazing job managing the many moving parts of our business, consistently finding solutions that are both effective and cost-efficient, all while being patient and understanding about our pace. She's a joy to work with. Matthew has been instrumental on the technical side—he genuinely listens, stays patient, and follows through to implement the right solutions. Phil's experience and depth of knowledge have been invaluable as we navigate our phone systems, security updates, and Microsoft transition. And the Support Desk team—Dave, Jag, Ryan, and others—have been the backbone of our day-to-day, with fast response times, positive attitudes, and a willingness to tackle whatever we throw their way.What stands out most is how ABC chooses to meet us where we are. Just spoke to Ben about defederating a domain and migrating among other subjects. Ben is extremely knowledgeable with how Godaddy and Microsoft 365 work. If anyone reading this has been to their webpage has seen that Teckpath is a Microsoft Gold Partner so anything Microsoft 365 they can handle! Ben was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Pricing is straight forward as well. I feel very confident using Teckpath in the future for both of my companies!

After about 12 hrs on the phone troubleshooting a connection issue with GoDaddy, HP and McAfee I reached out Calisto. I had heard their ads on the radio and wondered if they could help out small business. Tommy called and explained their service and pricing, which we are still a bit small for, but he had some time and offered to help me do a bit more troubleshooting. Within 15 minutes of poking around on my computer he fixed the issue and got me back on line after days of productivity impacts.
