They are the BEST!!!! I had a issue logging in to my business computer and they had a tech named Mike come to help. A few minutes after I called, he was at my store and got me logged into my account. He changed some settings so if I ever got locked out again, I had another option to sign in. If I ever need any computer help in the future, I will definitely be contacting Managed By CST!!!!

I don't know if the company is real owned by India but they have so many subsidiaries like a company called Retail Business Services, LLC and they have a Concord, NC phone number and a PO box in Georgia wanting to own the whole world this company doesn't answer their phone I think its just a front company....Beware do not do business they are liars!

Impact I had to call Gen pact a week or so ago concerning a job offer. Only it really wasn't a legitimate job offer. The lady who answered my phone call, knew immediately what was going on and explained to me she was very sympathetic and apologetic on what happened. One of the major career forms that millions of people use to look for a job happen to have a breach of security.Which ultimately led to false jobs being offered. I had waited over a week and thought that things seemed off.They were aware of the problem and took care of it. Whereas the platform I won't mention the name of that platform could care less and didn't do anything about the situation let alone for inform for me.
