Lease printer from this company. Believe I was double billed and charged for overage uses that I do not think apply. Online meter reads they ask me to enter which are right off the printer are rejected. Calls to go over billing or to talk to sales rep result in zero call backs. Not Impressed!

Under contract with them for our copiers, and after 2 days they have not supplied us with a waste toner collection part and our copier has been down for 48 hours and counting--they were called on Monday morning, and Tuesday morning, it's not Wednesday. Good luck getting timely service & supplies! Do business with literally ANYONE else.
